'Songs of God and Pleasure,' a debut poetry collection.
'Songs of God and Pleasure' is a short collection of poems which begins as an exploration of a woman's internal universe of sensuality within a universe abandoned by God.

Rich in thoughts that bathe in the subconscious and truly lose the plot, 'Songs of God and Pleasure' is a collection of poems that threatens to dissolve into the hedonism of human desire and faux spirituality.
Within these pages, readers are invited to explore the innermost realms of a woman's sensuality, set against the backdrop of a universe that feels abandoned by God. From admiring the seemingly divine strokes of sacred art to the fiery embrace of profane love, each poem serves as a testament to the complexities of the human experience.

Read your way through a transformative exploration where passion, beauty, and love intertwine to weave a singular narrative of faith lost and rediscovered. Through the lens of hedonism and self-abandonment, the poet guides us through the darkest depths of the soul, only to reemerge on the shores of hope, gratitude, and unconditional love.
This is poetry for those who have seen loss of faith and fought through it. For those who are sensitive to the chaos and beauty of life and know how to bring honour to their existence.

I wrote this collection of poetry in a strange time of my life, when I was becoming more aware of the mutability of my own soul, the
sensual energies within me, and what it meant to exist—to be human.

For those who can decipher the symbols within it, I hope that it brings you a sense of wonder. That it inspires you to find your own philosophy of life, and to write your own ‘Manifesto.’
"There is no water to put out the fire
So I let myself ignite
I’ve turned myself into a liar
But true thoughts sear into my mind
Everything that’s rational
Is hard water, barely worth our time
Gasoline’s more flammable
Aftertaste divine."
